Sleep well, age slower. Sleep poorly, age faster.

The most intuitive demonstration is the lever. Move sleep from 5 to 8 hours and your estimated biological age can drop 1-2 years. Sustained heavy drinking can accelerate your hepatic-renal system age by 3-4 years.

These estimates come from published observational research — they are population-level statistical associations, not individual lifespan predictions.
